We ship from global fulfillment partners to keep prices low — this means slightly longer delivery times than domestic-only stores. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping on all orders $50 and over — applied automatically at checkout. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.

Are these products safe to use?

Yes. All electronic devices including TENS units meet safety standards and are FDA-cleared for home use. Always read the product manual before use.

Who should NOT use a TENS unit?

Avoid if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, or have epilepsy. Consult your doctor before use if you have any serious medical condition.

Do you offer a warranty?
