30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@relaxreliefpro.com with your order number and a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at absolutely no cost to you. You do NOT need to return the damaged item.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item immediately and arrange collection of the wrong item at our expense.

Item Not Received

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and your building mailroom. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate and either reship or refund in full.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items that have been used (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Gift cards

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
