Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $50 and over within the United States. This is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

Standard Shipping Rate

Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–15 business days (standard shipping from our fulfillment partners)
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons. We ship from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email within 3–5 business days of your order. You can use this to track your package directly. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at support@relaxreliefpro.com.

Why Does Shipping Take This Long?

We work with carefully vetted global suppliers to bring you professional-grade products at the best possible prices. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners to your door, which allows us to offer significantly lower prices than traditional retail — the tradeoff is slightly longer shipping times compared to domestic warehouses.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@relaxreliefpro.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@relaxreliefpro.com. We can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.
