Shipping Timeframes
- Processing time: 1–3 business days

Haven't Received Your Tracking Number?
If it has been more than 5 business days since you ordered and you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us at support@relaxreliefpro.com with your order number and we'll look into it immediately.
Order Taking Longer Than Expected?
Occasionally international shipments experience customs delays. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ days or your estimated delivery has passed, contact us right away at support@relaxreliefpro.com. We will either reship or refund in full — no questions asked.
